It's Halloween Day and a group of college students go for a Hayride. But what starts out as a day of fun will turn into a fight just to stay alive as a Farmer uncovers a strange coffin with a strange warning on it. Foolishly opening the coffin, it awakens a creature that takes a chunk out of his thrat, turning him undead.

Now the Flesheater is running amuck on the countryside and pray for all those the comes across.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

Allot of good horror movies came out during the eighties, this is no where near one of them. The acting was terrible, the make up effects were terrible, the story was terrible. Yet, Media Blasters, Inc wants close to $ 23.00 dollars for the DVD. I would pay 0.23 cents for it. God what a crapper, with a budget of $ 60,000 dollars, he should have just quick. It would have been less embaresing the the crapper he ended up making. Shame on you S. William Hinzman, I know the real reason why you made this movie. Movies like this is made for the Director and the Producer can get laid. Have sex with innocent girls trying to break into movies, for shame. the only reason why these pretty girls who can't act were chosen for this movie.

Not only do I agree with Zedd on this loser, but I got allot more to add to it. First of all S. William Hinzman, the hack who diected this is a moron. You have a quote in the beginning of the movie, you say who said it. "This Evil will take flesh and blood from thee and turn ye all unto evil." What the hell does that suppose to mean? Is it a bible quote? If so what part of the bible? Also, there is no hero in this movie, just victims. The two I thought was going to be the hero, just hid in the basement all movie until they were shot by the idoit mob, who can't tell the living from the dead. Here's a hint, the dead is cover in blood and has a huge hole in them, ya Rednecks. Also, Backstory, there wasn't one. What was the Flesheater, who buried him, he was stopped once, but without the backstory, no wonder he won at the end. This is a major waste of film and the worst movie of the 1980s'.

- ACTING (Who cares what the girls look like, if they can't act. This is a movie, not a magazine)
- NO HERO (There is no hero, only more victims)
- BACKSTORY (No backstory to explain what the hell that thing was)
- NOT MUCH FLESHEATING (He should finish his meal before looking for more, he didn't look like he wanted to build an army)
- QUOTE (Where did that come from?)
- CHARACTERS (We can't say the characters were two dimentional, that would be an improvement!!!!)
- DRUNK REDNECK MOB (Shooting anything that moves, here's a hint, Zombies don't talk!!!)

- BAD ENDING (Everybody dies, the drunk mob kills all the zombies, except the one that started it)
