THE PLOT:
In the not too distant future, call it someday A.D., cloning has made it possible to bring back the dinosaurs, but not ala
Jurrasic Park, these dinosaurs are human size, give or take a foot and civilized.
A beat cop named Theordore Rex or Teddy to his friends dreams of being a detective and gets premoted when a human and
a dinosaur are murdered the same night. He is teamed up with a cyborg cop named Katie Coltrane (Whoopi Goldberg) who hates
dinos.
The sparks fly in history's strangest buddy picture. As Teddy and Katie must put aside their differences to stop a madman
from starting a new ice age!
ZEDD'S OPINION:
I like the buddy picture format, I am a big fan of the "Lethal Weapon" series. Theordore Rex has many shades of
Alien Nation which I also a big fan of. The puppetry could have looked more realistic though, they looked liked muppets.
I GIVE IT....8 STARS
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd on this, Whoopi did an outstanding acting job, just keeping a straight face amoung these muppet dinosaur
people. Now this is not for everyone, die hard monster fans may find this a tad silly. But it's exciting and has a good
strong cast of actors.

+ STORY (The strangest yet cool Buddy picture in a long time)
+ WHOOPI (I'm a big fan of Whoopi and I think this is one of her best films)
+ CHARACTERS (The characters even the dinos were very well developed)
+ THE WORLD OF TOMORROW (The future movie that looks like it's the future)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- DINOSAUR PUPPETS (The dinosaurs could have look more like dinos and less like puppets)

- NOT FOR EVERYONE (If you are a die hard dinosaur monster movie fan nad like rampaging dinosaurs, then this is NOT the
movie for you)
