THE PLOT:
In a small mining town, a cave in twenty years ago during Valentine dance leads to a brutal serial killer. The Killer was
caught and executed Twenty years later the townspeople thoguht it was once again safe to celebrate Valentine's day. But
another killer is stalking them. Is it a new killer or the first still out for revenge from beyond the grave?
THE OPINION:
Allthough it did came out when the Slasher genre was still fresh and I do like this movie. It doesn't have anything new.
The gas mask was kind of lame and it was more like a mystery. Plus this genre not everyone enjoys this kind of movie.
I GIVE IT (8 STARS)
ON THE POSITVE SIDE (+ HITS)
+ STILL FRESH (The concept of the masked killer and grumesom deaths were still fresh to the American theaters)
+ PLOT (I liked the plot of this one. I really did)
+ DEATH SCENES (The death scenes were kind of cool)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES)
- GAS MASK (The gas mask was a little lame)
- MYSTERY (They concintrated too much on the slash and not enough on the mystery)
and finally:
- NOT FOR EVERYONE (If you don't like slasher films then this is not for you)
